I have noticed that many times when I speak with other people, the words and sentences I am saying make me surprised. I realized that it is as if I was giving advices myself as well. I decided that whenever it is possible for me I would write down the lines so that I become aware of them too. This way I can learn from the messages received, the mirrors put in front of me by others. Honestly, many times this is not an easy thing to do 😀

If I remember well this time one of my friends was in a difficult situation. No tragedy, but somehow different aspects of life became challenging for her at the same time. In her private life, with emotions, at her workplace, in everyday duties. As we were talking to each other, simple steps to take outlined themselves, which could bring solution to the situation and through taking these steps light can appear at the end of the tunnel. After we had talked I sent her these lines:

There is nothing
but the present moment
with its unique and unrepeatable
opportunities and gifts.
Let this give you
strength and serenity.
Difficulties always occur
to which we always get the help.
We have no train to catch,
it is enough to do the tasks
which we have the
energy for.
